SureSpark is looking for dependable, experienced people who can work safely, communicate with customers, and take pride in leaving a job better than they found it. Certifications are helpful, but practical experience and a strong work history matter most.
✓Applicants should bring meaningful experience in at least three trades—not just one narrow task.
✓Useful experience may include landscaping, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, remodeling, low-voltage, CCTV, or general home improvement.
✓As a general benchmark, we look for roughly 1–2 years of hands-on experience in the trades claimed, with more required for higher-risk work.
✓Licenses, certifications, references, photos, and a clean record of dependable work are strong advantages—but not automatically required for every role.
✓Structured probationary or trial evaluation periods may be offered with expectations, pay, supervision, and duration agreed in writing.
